Removal Service Plans are designed to address the unique aspects

will consult with you well before winter to develop a snow and ice
response plan that covers all of your concerns. A complete and comprehensive
plan will address the time and type of service, placement of snow,
type of deicers. Choose from seasonal zero tolerance contracts where
Gasaway takes responsibility for controlling snow and ice to the
most economical per push pricing.
Either
way, you and your staff are freed to focus on your business. And,
you have a plan in place should complaints ever arise.
SEASONAL
PLAN
This
is a flat fee payment plan that is paid monthly November through
March. It includes all plowing and deicing. This pricing plan works
best for properties that want a fixed number for their budget. The
price is based on the average number of snowfalls we see each year.
Gasaway accepts the risk for a bad winter and supplies service no
matter how many snowfalls occur.
PER
SNOWFALL PLAN
Many
of our clients choose the per snowfall plan which includes daytime
plowing and salting service as necessary and a clean-up the day
after the storm in addition to the complete plowing of their lot.
This pricing is easy to monitor because it eliminates the hourly
charges that can build-up for additional services. Offices and businesses
that have people coming and going throughout the day and evening
benefit from this pricing because of the level of service required.
PER
PUSH PLAN
The
economic plan is for a one time clearing of snow once the snowfall
is complete and the lot is free from cars. This works well for industrial
buildings with one shift. Any extra services are billed at our hourly
rate and only provided when requested by management.
 LOADING
AND HAULING SNOW
In
blizzard situations excess snow accumulation often requires that
snow be removed from a property. Gasaway has the equipment and ability
to remove snow and dispose of it off site when required. This blizzard
contingency service is available to our contract clients as well
as other managers facing this problem.
